Guiding senior management through the agile transformation.
Q3 2020-Q2 2022
In the summer of 2020, BNP Paribas Fortis asked us to support them in leading the transformation programme and to coach and mentor the senior management in agile management principles, practices and leadership behaviours.
We provided several workshops and keynotes for the entire senior management population, executive committee and the board of directors. We contributed to the agile transformation objectives for 2021 and 2022 and defined key results for follow-up.
In true agile spirit, we didn't limit ourselves to management. We actively coached and trained at all levels and in all areas that had a large impact on improving overall agility.
