We had a history within the company: over the years we offered close to 100 2-day training sessions on agile product ownership at their training institute, and we teamed up with our cool friends at Unicorn Group to guide a group of 20 senior managers in crafting learning experiences for their peers.
So, it came as no surprise that the leadership of HR asked us to provide workshops for their entire staff. In these workshops, we
confronted them with the powers and perils of HR in agile organisations and
got them thinking about their own role in enabling the changes that are expected from employees throughout the company.
We provided all workshops in just over one month’s time and the appreciation from the participants and our sponsors was no less than what we aspire: excellent.
